Smooth Floorcovering Machinery

	VINYLMASTER This semi automatic cutting machine is designed to unroll, measure, cut and reroll 2 metre wide smooth floorcovering. The unroll and reroll have the capability of tipping through 90 degrees to upstand the roll for loading and discharging. The machine is fitted with a driven cutter & precise measure unit as standard.
	INSPECTION MACHINE This fully automatic inspection machine is designed to unroll, inspect and reroll jumbo rolls of smooth floorcovering. The large "C" shaped inspection is fitted with light boxes behind the product to assist the operator in viewing any faults and marking their position for subsequent removal.
	CUT AND PACK MACHINE This fully automatic cut and pack machine is capable of handling 2 metre & 4 metre jumbo rolls. It is fitted with an automatic wrapping material dispenser and longitudinal centre slitter for producing 2 rolls, 2 metre wide from a 4 metre wide supply roll.
	END OF LINE MACHINE This fully automatic in line cutting machine is designed to be installed on the end of a clients production line. The product passes through a web guider prior to rolling to ensure a square roll end. Optional extras include automatic tube dispenser and wrapping material dispenser.
